How to upload / update my resume

Looking to update your existing resume?
If you're trying to upload a new version of your resume, you can do this directly in your profile. Scroll to the section below for step-by-step instructions.

How to upload your resume

  1. Log in to the platform.

  2. If you haven’t uploaded a resume, you’ll see an alert banner prompting you to update your resume.

  3. Click the Upload resume button on the banner.

  4. Select and upload your resume file (PDF or DOC format preferred).

  5. Once uploaded, our AI will automatically extract key information such as:

How to review and complete your profile after uploading a resume

After uploading your resume, it’s important to review and complete your profile to ensure accuracy and maximize your visibility for job matches.

1. Review your parsed information:

  • Go to the Overview, Skills, and Work History tabs in your profile.

  • Check for any errors in dates, job titles, or missing skills.

  • Make any necessary edits to ensure the information is accurate and complete.

Note: Parsing may be affected by resume formatting or inconsistent data, so it's important to double-check.

2. Include missing details that are not parsed by AI:

  • Navigate to the Availability & Rates section in your Overview.

  • Enter your availability, work preferences, and hourly or salary expectations manually.

Keeping this information up to date ensures you're accurately matched to relevant jobs and talent pools.

How to update your resume

1. Go to your profile’s Overview tab.
​2. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner.
​3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your current uploaded resume.


​4. Click the trash can icon to remove the existing file.
​5. Once it shows “No Resume Uploaded,” click to select a new file (PDF or DOC format preferred).
6. Click Upload, then Save to complete the update.
