For security reasons the platform does not allow anyone but you to reset your password.
To initiate a password reset for your account, visit http://www.curasion.com and click on the Sign in button in the upper right hand corner.

Click the Forgot Password? link
Enter your username or email address
Click the Reset password button
This will trigger an email to be sent to your account with a link to reset your password. If the link isn't working try copying and pasting it into your web browser.
Follow the link in your email and you will see the following screen. Please confirm the email received is from support@curasion.com before proceeding.
Enter a new password and then reenter it to ensure it is correct.
(When creating a new password please ensure it conforms to the minimum password requirements) (Your password needs to have at least 8 characters, an upper case letter, a lower case letter, and two numbers)
Click the Save New Password button.
After you have reset your password, it will present you with the Sign in page where you can enter your email address (or username) and new password.
